  Email our team at returns@3345records.nl with your order number and the reason for the return to receive an authorization code.

  Packaging

  Securely pack the items in their original specialized record mailer to ensure the vinyl and sleeve remain protected during transit.

  Shipping

  Send the package to our storefront in The Hague using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery back to our collection.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once we inspect the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days to your original payment method.
