We use heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Each record is packed with stiffeners, and for opened items, we remove the vinyl from the outer sleeve to prevent seam splits during transit.
What is the grading system for your secondhand vinyl?
We use the industry-standard Goldmine Grading System (M, NM, VG+, VG, G). Every used record is visually inspected and, where necessary, play-tested to ensure accurate descriptions.
Do you offer international shipping from The Hague?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Can I pick up my online order at the physical store?
Absolutely. Select 'Local Pickup' at checkout to collect your order for free at our shop in The Hague during regular opening hours.
What is your return policy for defective records?
If you receive a record with a manufacturing defect or a skip not mentioned in the grading, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or a full refund.
